Before you send anything
Check that the document is an original or a certified copy issued by the authority, not a photocopy. Laminated certificates usually cannot be attested, and removing lamination damages the document, so tell us before you try. Provisional degrees are refused by most state HRD departments; ask your university for the final certificate first.
Sequence, and why it matters
For most Indian documents the chain runs notarisation, then state authentication, then MEA apostille, then embassy legalisation if the destination is outside the Hague Convention. The translation has to enter that chain at the right point, which depends on the destination country, not on convenience. We decide this at the quote stage.
Tracking
Every file has a reference. As each stamp is applied we photograph it and email you the scan, so you can send proof to your university, employer or lawyer while the original is still in transit.
Delivery
Originals return by insured courier to any address in India or abroad. Certified digital copies are emailed as soon as they exist.
How a file moves through our office
Send the document
Upload a clear scan or photograph through the quote form, or email it. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC and DOCX.
Receive a fixed quote
We confirm the price, the exact steps your document needs and the working days involved. Nothing starts until you approve it.
We run the file
Translation, notarisation, state attestation, apostille or embassy legalisation, handled in the correct order by our own team.
Delivery
Scans by email as each stamp is issued, originals by courier to any address in India or abroad.
Ask for a quote
Prices depend on the document, the language pair and the destination authority, so we quote each file individually. Send us a scan and you will have a fixed price and a timeline, usually within one working day.
