Certified translation

Every certified translation leaves our desk with a signed statement of accuracy, the translator's credentials and our company stamp, bound to a copy of the source document so the receiving authority can match the two.

Certified translation is a chain of custody, not just a language task. The receiving office needs to see who translated the document, what they were looking at, and that nothing was added or left out. We keep that chain intact: the translation carries page-for-page formatting, a certificate of accuracy, and a reference number you can quote if an official asks us to confirm the file.

We translate birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, degrees, transcripts, mark sheets, police clearance certificates, medical records, bank statements, affidavits, powers of attorney, company incorporation papers and contracts. Where the destination authority has a fixed template, such as a sworn or affidavit-backed format, we follow it rather than imposing our own.

  • Certificate of accuracy, translator credentials and company stamp on every file
  • Layout mirrors the original, including seals, stamps and handwritten endorsements
  • Digital PDF plus posted hard copies where the authority requires wet ink
  • Terminology checked against the destination country's official wording

How a file moves through our office

  1. Send the document

Upload a clear scan or photograph through the quote form, or email it. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC and DOCX.

  2. Receive a fixed quote

We confirm the price, the exact steps your document needs and the working days involved. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. We run the file

Translation, notarisation, state attestation, apostille or embassy legalisation, handled in the correct order by our own team.

  4. Delivery

Scans by email as each stamp is issued, originals by courier to any address in India or abroad.

Questions we are asked most

What is the difference between an apostille and embassy attestation?

An apostille is a single certificate issued by the Ministry of External Affairs that makes an Indian document valid in any country that has joined the Hague Convention. For countries outside it, such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, China and Vietnam, the MEA stamp is only the halfway point and the document must then be legalised at that country's embassy or consulate in India.

Can I get an apostille without state attestation first?

No. The MEA only apostilles a document that already carries an authentication from the issuing state: the education or HRD department for academic records, the home department or SDM for personal records, and a chamber of commerce for commercial documents. Sending a document straight to the MEA is the most common reason a file is returned.

Do you need my original documents?

For translation, a clear scan is enough. For attestation, apostille and embassy legalisation, the original has to be physically submitted, so it travels to us by courier and back to you the same way, insured and tracked.

How quickly can you work?

Translations are usually ready in two to four working days. State attestation adds roughly one to two weeks depending on the department, MEA apostille three to seven working days, and embassy legalisation anything from two days to several weeks depending on the mission. We give you a date with the quote.
