What we collect
The name, email address, phone number, company, city, destination country and message you enter in the quote form, together with any files you attach. Our server also records the IP address and browser of the submission, which we use only to prevent automated abuse of the form.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are sent by authenticated, encrypted SMTP directly to info@abc-offices.com. Attachments are passed straight into that email and are not written to this website's storage, so nothing you upload remains on the web server.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you instruct us, carry out the work. Where we act on your behalf before a government office, embassy or consulate, we pass on only the documents and details that office requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within twelve months. Completed files are kept for the period required by our professional and tax obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to info@abc-offices.com.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. We reply to such requests within thirty days.
