What the price is built from
Four things: the translation itself, whether the destination requires a sworn or court-registered translator, the government fees for each attestation step, and the courier and handling. Government fees are passed on at cost and shown as a separate line.
What makes a file more expensive
A rare language pair. A sworn translator abroad rather than certification in India. Handwritten or faint documents that have to be deciphered before translation. Multiple states in one order, because each one has its own department. Embassy routes with appointment-only intake. Deadlines that require a file to jump a queue.
What makes it cheaper
Sending everything at once rather than document by document, because the state and MEA steps are batched. Clean scans. Standard certificates in common formats. Giving us a realistic rather than an urgent deadline.
What we will not do
Quote a low figure and add extras later. The quote you approve is the amount you pay unless you change the scope, and if a government fee changes mid-file we show you the receipt.
Ask for a quote
Prices depend on the document, the language pair and the destination authority, so we quote each file individually. Send us a scan and you will have a fixed price and a timeline, usually within one working day.
