We translate between Malayalam and English, Hindi and other languages for individuals and companies in New Delhi. Documents are sent to us as scans, translated by native Malayalam speakers, certified with our stamp and statement of accuracy, and returned digitally the same week in most cases.
Malayalam files usually travel to the Gulf, where the translation has to be produced and stamped before embassy legalisation rather than after it, and where employers frequently ask for a second attestation once the document arrives.
New Delhi is an administrative centre, so much of our work there runs through government offices: SDM authentication, Home Department attestation, police clearance certificates and records held by state directorates.
If the translated document also needs a stamp, records issued in Delhi pass through the SDM and Divisional Commissioner's Office before the MEA can apostille them. Whether the translation is attached before or after that step depends on the destination country, and getting it the wrong way round means paying twice.
What we handle in New Delhi
Questions we are asked most
Are your Malayalam translations certified?
Yes. Every Malayalam translation is delivered with a signed certificate of accuracy, the translator's credentials and our stamp, bound to a copy of the source document. Where the receiving country requires a sworn or court-registered translator instead, we route the file to one.
Which documents do you translate into and out of Malayalam?
Civil records such as birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates; academic records including degrees, transcripts and mark sheets; police clearance certificates; medical reports; financial statements; and commercial documents from contracts to certificates of incorporation.
Do you also arrange apostille or embassy attestation on Malayalam documents?
Yes, and it is usually better to run both together. The order matters: some countries want the translation attached before legalisation, others want the original legalised first and then translated. We confirm the correct sequence for your destination before anything is submitted.
Do I have to come to your office in New Delhi?
No. Almost every file is handled remotely. You send a scan through the quote form, we confirm the price, and the physical document travels by courier only when an original is required for attestation. Where the document has to be collected in person from a New Delhi office, we go with a signed authorisation from you.

Prices depend on the document, the language pair and the destination authority, so we quote each file individually. Send us a scan and you will have a fixed price and a timeline, usually within one working day.
